A 41-year-old man from Brookhaven was killed and a 42-year-old man from Chester City was hospitalized after they were shot in a northbound vehicle at mile marker 1.6 in Upper Chichester around 1:20 a.m., on Oct. 7, Pennsylvania State Police explained. Part of Interstate 83 was shut down due to a multiple-vehicle crash on Tuesday, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Part of Interstate 81 shut down in Central Pennsylvania on Friday morning, according to Pennsylvania Department of Transportation spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler.
