Credit Card Skimmer Devices Placed At Harrisburg ATM Possibly Linked To Gettysburg Arrest A multi-county credit card skimming operation led to the arrest of a 20-year-old man after devices were found at Walmarts in Carlisle and Camp Hill, police announced on Tuesday, March 11. Additional skimming devices have also been discovered at an ATM in Harrisburg, a Sheetz in York County, and a Royal Farms store in Delaware County. ATM Card Skimmer Found At Pennsylvania Central Credit Union An ATM skimming device was discovered at the Pennsylvania Central Credit Union on the 5100 block of Jonestown Road in Harrisburg, Lower Paxton police announced on Monday, Dec. 2. Officers responded to reports of suspicious activity at the credit union at approximately 7 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 24, 2024. Following an investigation, authorities determined that a skimming device had been placed on the exterior ATM, police said.
