PA Company Ranks #1 On Forbes' 'World's Top Female-Friendly Company' List The Keystone State may hold the key to making workplaces “female-friendly” according to a new list by Forbes with the assistance of Statista. In Forbes’ first ever list of it’s kind 85,000 women in 40 countries were surveyed about pay equity, parental leave as well as how companies handle marketing.
