York County Man, 55, Dies In Vehicle Fire: Police Authorities are investigating a deadly vehicle fire in Manchester Township.  Northern York Regional police were called to the 2400 block of Pin Oak Drive around 11:50 p.m. Thursday, May 23. They arrived to find a white 1994 GMC Safari minivan fully engulfed in flames.  York Area United Fire and Rescue extinguished the fire and 55-year-old Thomas Rooney was found dead in the van, police said. Coroner IDs Boy, 2, Drown In York County Storm Drain A two-year-old who went missing on Easter has been identified after he was found drown in a storm drain, authorities said. The toddler has been identified as Kamdyn Torres. He was reported missing shortly after 6 p.m. on Sunday night, family said he was last seen playing in the backyard according to Northern York Regional police. A volunteer assisting with the search found the body around 8 p.m. on East Tenth Avenue. Emergency medical services tried to revive the boy via CPR. He was declared deceased at a York Hospital.
