Lancaster Teen Wanted For Shooting On Mill Street: Police An 18-year-old man is wanted for his involvement in a shooting in Lancaster City, police announced on Wednesday, Nov. 20. Norman Coleman has been charged with carrying a firearm without a license, persons not to possess firearms, and discharging a firearm, according to the Lancaster City Bureau of Police. The charges stem from a shooting that injured two minors in the 300 block of Mill Street on Oct. 25, authorities said.
