Missing Endangered Alert Canceled Pennsylvania Man Found In Maryland A missing endangered person alert has been canceled for a South Central Pennsylvania man who was last seen in Maryland, police announced Wednesday night, Oct. 9.  Harry Joseph Runkle was just 10 days shy of his 77th birthday when he went missing, according to the York County Regional Police.  Runkle is from the 4900 block of N. Sherman Street in Mount Wolf, East Manchester Township, police explained. He had last been seen at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 9.
