Levi R. Stoltzfus, 81, of Narvon, driving the buggy near the intersection of Sheep Hill Road and Springville Road in East Earl Township when he struck the SUV at 8:13 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 25, according to the police. Emergency crews were called to the crash just west of Morgantown in Lancaster County along Route I-76 around 1 p.m. The westbound lanes have been closed between the Denver, Lancaster County, and Morgantown exits.
