Blow Dart Bird Death In Central PA, Police Say
The death of a bird is under investigation by police in Central Pennsylvania, according to a release on May 30, 2023. A robin was found struck dead by blow-dart arrows in the 600 block of Adelia Street in Middletown Borough on May 26, 2023, according to the release. Officers were called to the area for a report of suspicious activity and found the deceased robin. A teenager is behind bars after he went on a two-month-long crime spree at various homes and businesses in central Pennsylvania, authorities say. Middletown Borough police arrested and charged the teen for the six felony robberies on Tuesday, July 5, according to a release by the department. DUI Public Safety Director Fired For 'Reasons Beyond Crash': Report
A public safety director hired in a central Pennsylvania town less than a year ago has been fired following a DUI crash, PennLive reports. However, municipal officials say the crash wasn't the only thing that contributed to Bill Baldwin's termination. Baldwin, 51, of Hummelstown, was charged after a March 16 crash on West Chocolate Avenue in Derry Township, police previously announced.
