UPDATE: The police incident ended around 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 18, 2023, according to an updated release by the East Pennsboro Township Police Department. "This incident is now cleared. Residents can resume normal activity," the police said. The suspect being sought was reportedly having a mental health crisis and was found in the woods by Tower Road, according to ABC27.
