A Maryland native and Greencastle local was killed in a crash on Interstate 81, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Thursday, Oct. 31. Adam Emerick, 33, of Greencastle, was found dead at the scene of a crash near mile marker 0.8 of I-81 North, near the Maryland/Pennsylvania border, around 2:33 a.m., according to PA State Police. Condolences are flooding in following the death of a 38-year-old woman on the PA Turnpike. Kelly M. Little, 38, was stopped in the right westbound lane in Clay Township around 2 a.m. on Thursday, April 11, when she was struck by a tractor trailer, police said in a news release. The tractor-trailer was going 65 mph when it struck Little's Mercedes-Benz and flipped the car on its passenger side, troopers said. Little, of Harrisburg, was pronounced dead at the scene. One woman has died after a tractor-trailer hit her car from behind on I-76 in Lancaster County, authorities say. Kelly M. A 57-year-old man was charged with attempted homicide after stabbing the passenger of his vehicle with a knife Thursday in what Swatara Township police are calling a domestic incident. Police responded to the Harrisburg Hospital around 10:15 a.m., where the victim arrived with stab wounds, police said. Police are seeking the public’s help identifying a man they say stole a bag full of items from a Northampton County grocery store and fled in a Mercedes Benz. The man is accused of walking out of Wegmans in Hanover Township with a shopping bag full of unpaid merchandise, Colonial Regional Police said. The man was approached by the store’s security but fled in a black Mercedes Benz sedan, police said.
