A 22-year-old man is dead following a single-vehicle crash into a utility, police announced on Tuesday, May 28. Anthony Perez, 22 of Lititz has been identified as the driver of the vehicle that fatally crashed, according to the Lancaster County Coroner's Office. Officers were called to the crash in the 400 block of West Lincoln Avenue between Arrowhead Drive and South Walnut Street in Lititz at 7:59 p.m. on Memorial Day. Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf signed a renewal of the Proclamation of Disaster Emergency for the COVID-19 pandemic on Thursday, according to his office. The fifth renewal of the disaster emergency comes just two days after voters in the Keystone state approved a constitutional amendment to limit the governor's emergency powers.
