Authorities have apprehended a man wanted in connection with a deadly shooting that rocked the Chambersburg community last month, officials announced.
Joshua Martin Bresnick, 32, was arrested early Friday, Jan. 3, 2025, during a Pennsylvania State Police raid at a home on Buchanan Trail in McConnellsburg. He is accused of fatally shooting 20-year-old Rakeem Floyd on Dec. 18, 2024, outside Southgate Mall, Chambersburg police said.

Richard E. Cowan, 69, of Chambersburg, drove his 2015 Ford Transit over the center turning lane in the 8100 block of US 30/Lincoln Way slamming head-on into a 2019 Hyundai Accent, driven Maura J.
