Man In Underwear Chased By Lancaster Police After Knocking Girl Unconscious A man knocked a teenage girl unconscious and led Manheim Township police on a foot chase while wearing nothing but his blue underwear. Marc A. Nazario, 22 of Lancaster allegedly punched a girl, threw her phone and shoved her down a set of concrete steps, causing her to strike her head on the sidewalk, during an argument at around 4:25 p.m. on Saturday, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
