The Chief Detective for Lebanon County has been charged with driving under the influence according court documents obtained by Daily Voice on Thursday, Oct. 31. Jonathan C. Hess was "driving erratically" on Route 72 in Lancaster County on Saturday, Oct. 5 when Manheim Borough Police pulled him over, according to the affidavit of probable cause. A 20-year-old York County man has been identified after being struck by a vehicle in Lancaster County on Thursday night, authorities told Daily Voice the following morning. Brenden Monte of the 600 block of Colony Drive was struck dead in the 3500 block of Mount Joy Road, Manheim, Rapho Township at 6:46 p.m. on Nov. 2, the coroner and the Manheim Borough police detailed in separate releases. A Manheim family of four was caught "dealing marijuana and neglecting several animals" at their home, the Lancaster County District Attorney's office says. Cheryl Studenroth was last seen in the 900 block of North Colebrook Road in Rapho Township around 9:30 p.m. She is described as a white female, 4’ 11”, and approximately 105 lbs.
