A New Oxford man has been charged in connection with the death of a Hagerstown native in what Pennsylvania State Police believe was a "targeted" killing. Kyle Wesley Bartam, 37, has been charged with felony criminal homicide and felony robbery - inflict serious bodily injury in connection to the slaying of Keith Monn, according to his latest court docket and state police. A central Pennsylvania man has been charged for allegedly sexually assaulting woman as she slept on Saturday night, according to police and court documents. Wilmer Febus-Lopez, 28, of the 400 block of East College Avenue in Spring Grove, was charged in connection with the indecent assault of an unconscious victim in a home on the first block of East Main Street between 8:30 and 9 p.m., according to Spring Grove Police. Stabbing At PA Halloween Party Lands Maryland Residents In Jail, Police Say
A stabbing at a Halloween party in Pennsylvania has landed three people in police custody, according to a statement released by police. Northern York County Regional police were called to investigate a stabbing at a home in the 4300 block of Walters Hatchery Road in North Codorus Township on Oct. 31 just before 1 a.m., Lt.
