Wiretap Catches Philadelphia Man Who Used Alias During Assault, Police Say A wiretap helped police identify Nhan H. Nguyen also known as Tommy Louboutin, following a sexual assault, police announced on Wednesday, Oct. 25. A woman was sexually assaulted in the first block of North Chruch Street in Quarryville on Aug. 4, the police explained.  The assault happened following a date with a man known to her as "Tommy Louboutin." Evidence from the assault was found in the woman's bedroom. DNA Connects Quarryville Man To 11-Year-Old Rape Victim: Police DNA evidence has linked a Quarryville man to the rape of an 11-year-old girl, police announced on Friday, July 14, 2023.  Shane Howe, 27, has been under investigation since the Quarryville police were called to a house in the 300 block of West Stanton Road on Dec. 2 2022, according to the police release.  While on the scene for that incident, an 11-year-old girl "confided in the Officer that.
