The owner and operator Emeka K. Oguejiofor of  Progress Auto Salvage Inc., located at 964 Rossville Road in Lewisberry, was charged with violating Pennsylvania consumer protection laws. Krystin Nycole Marchese, 33 of Lemoyne, was under the influence of a controlled substance when she caused the four-car crash around noon near N.
