McKeesport Native, Austin Davis Makes History As Pennsylvania's First Black Lt. Governor-Elect 33-year-old McKeesport native, Austin Davis has made history, becoming the first-ever Black Lt. Governor-elect of Pennsylvania, numerous media outlets now project.  Davis will be sworn in in January alongside Gov.-elect Josh Shapiro, CNN, ABC, and NBC News project.  The current  35th district representative to the Pennsylvania House has served the area in this role for four years, and previously was an assistant to Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald.
