A Dauphin County woman is facing a felony wiretap charge and a false report accusation in a controversial case that’s ignited global attention, viral TikTok videos, and a $20,000 fundraiser.
Veronika Rodriguez, 24, went to the Fort Indiantown Gap Police Department on Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2023, to report that she had been raped in a parked car by fellow airman Fahad Pervez three nights earlier. Accused Infant Abuser Commits Suicide On Last Day Of Trial: Lebanon DA
A man on trial for allegedly abusing his approximately 1-month-old infant son multiple times was found dead from a gunshot wound to the head on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, Lebanon County District Attorney Pier Hess Graf announced.
Brian Paul Hungler, 33 of North Lebanon Township, was on bail during the trial in connection with the May 2022 abuse of his baby boy, according to the DA and public records.

Middle School Student Targeted In Deadly Shooting ID'd By DA
A 13-year-old boy was killed in what is believed to have been a targeted shooting, as stated at a press conference held by Lebanon County officials.
Jason “Jay” Rivera, of Lebanon, was shot in the 300 block of Vine Street in South Lebanon Township, Lebanon County on Tuesday night, the district attorney said at the conference on Thursday.
Rivera died at Hershey Medical Center later that night, the DA said.
