Child Arrested For Deadly Shooting Of Boy, 14, In Central PA: Police A child has been arrested in connection to a fatal shooting, according to the Harrisburg bureau of police. The shooting happened in the 100 block of South 13th Street on Nov. 5 around 6 p.m., according to the police. A boy, who was later identified as Malachi "Tarzan" John, 14, was found shot in the head at the scene, according to officials.
