Steelton PD Officer Justin Hain Recorded Admitting Rape: PSP
An affidavit has revealed that a Steelton police officer admitted in a recording to raping his breastfeeding ex-girlfriend, Pennsylvania State Police say in court documents obtained by Daily Voice. Justin Clair Hain, 38, of Lykens is accused of raping a 25-year-old Lykens woman around 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 10, troopers detailed in a release.
