21-Year-Old Mom Killed In PA Turnpike Crash, Family Says A mother is mourning the loss of her daughter and young mother killed in a car crash on the Pennsylvania Turnpike on Monday, Sept. 16, according to a GoFundMe launched by her family. Brianna Quinn, 21, of Palmerton died in the crash, her family says.  The single-vehicle happened on Interstate-276/PA Turnpike near mile marker 350.4 in Bensalem Township, Pennsylvania State Police Corporal Richard L.
