A teacher's thumb was bitten and severed partially off after an incident involving a student of IU13 Early Childhood and Special Education Services in Manheim, both the school and police told Daily Voice. The school where the incident took is also known as IU13 or Central Education Center which "operates on behalf of the 22 public school districts in Lancaster and Lebanon counties," according to its website.
