Trucker Freedom Convoy Circles Capital Beltway Promising Hours Of Traffic Chaos A tuckers' convoy protesting COVID-19 mandates rolled through the Hagerstown Speedway and toward the Capital Beltway promising hours of traffic jams in the Capitol region Sunday, March 6.
