The girl was shot in the 400 block of Crescent Street in Harrisburg's Allison Hill neighborhood on Saturday, Feb. 3, as detailed in a police release. Officers were called to a "report of shots fired" around midnight and arrived to find the girl suffering from a single gunshot wound, as stated in the release.
