A car full of teenagers supposedly on drugs and alcohol— one with his head out the window— crashed on Saturday, June 17, 2023, according to a Pennsylvania State Police release the following Tuesday. Dillon Andrew Paul Fuller of Duncannon has been identified as the 19-year-old passenger in the 2005 Chevrolet Malibu, who had with his head out of the window of the vehicle when it crashed, state police explained. A 29-year-old Pennsylvania State Police trooper was shot and killed and a 45-year-old trooper was seriously injured by a gunman during a manhunt over the weekend in Juanita County. Jacques Rougeau Jr. was fatally wounded while Lt. James A. Wagner was injured in a separated encounter with the same shooter on Saturday, June 17 in Mifflintown, PSP said. A 28-year-old Central Pennsylvania dad has been identified as the person killed in a weekend Cumberland County crash. Kody Tidd, of Newville, was driving at a "high rate of speed" when he "lost control" of his vehicle on Route 944 westbound just before the Deer Lane intersection in the evening hours Saturday, June 3, 2023, Cumberland County Coroner Charley Hall told Daily Voice. Javier Camacho, a West Chester man who was last seen by loved ones in February, was found dead in Philadelphia, his family members say. He was 48.
