Man ID'd After Fatal Ejection During Rollover Crash On PA 283: Coroner A 29-year-old man has been identified following a fatal rollover crash, authorities told Daily Voice on Wednesday, Feb. 21.  Matthew Carabello of the 2400 block of Franklin Drive in East Petersburg died an accidental death caused by multiple traumatic injuries, Lancaster County Chief Deputy Coroner Eric Bieber told us.  The crash happened on PA 283 westbound at 1:24 a.m. on Feb. 21, according to the Manheim Township Police.
