Three people have died in a plane crash in West Virginia while flying from Indiana to Pennsylvania, authorities told numerous outlets on Thursday, August 11. The single-engine 1980 Piper PA-32-301 tail number N720RP crashed in a wooded area near Campbells Run Road in Metz, West Virginia, WV Metro News reports and FlightAware information confirms. Multiple flights were canceled and delayed due to snow Friday at Philadelphia International Airport. As of 11:30 a.m., 53 flights were delayed and 95 flights were canceled, according to FlightAware. Snow Cancels Nearly 200 Flights At Baltimore Washington Airport
Nearly 200 flights have been canceled at Baltimore/Washington International Airport due to snow, according to FlightAware. A total of 190 flights have been canceled into or out of BWI and another 84 flights have been delayed.
