2 Trapped In 4-Vehicle Crash Involving Tractor-Trailer On Rt 30 In York (Developing) A four-vehicle crash on Route 30 trapped two people in their vehicles on Tuesday morning, York County Department of Emergency Services explained. The crash involving a tractor-trailer and three passenger vehicles happened at  Arsenal Road/Route 30 Westbound near Loucks Mill Road in Springettsbury Township at 8:16 a.m. on April 9, according to YCDES.
