More Than 1M Dodge Ram Pick-Up Trucks Being Recalled Due To Faulty Tailgates
Nearly 1.5 million Dodge Ram models produced in the past three years are being recalled across the globe due to faulty tailgates that may unlatch and send cargo spilling onto roadways. Stellantis - formerly known as Fiat Chrysler - announced it will be recalling approximately 1.4 million pick-ups that include Ram 1500, Ram 2500, and Ram 3500 that were produced in the 2019 through 2022 model years. A Toughkenamon man has been convicted of his 12th felony charge for driving under the influence, according to a release by the Lancaster County district attorney's office on Nov. 16. Anthony Caraballo, 56, was found guilty to be driving under the influence when he drove his red 2002 Dodge Ram over the fog line and nearly hit another vehicle on State Route 472 in Colerain Township on October 19, 2021, according to the release. A Pennsylvania man struck and killed by a pickup truck while out snowblowing last weekend was a dad of three who spent 25 years working as a healthcare professional for the department of corrections, his obituary says. Brian P. Hyde, 49, of Scottdale, was struck by a 2019 Dodge Ram heading south on water street around 9:55 a.m. Saturday, March 12, according to Westmoreland County Coroner Timothy Carson. Pickup Plows Into East Rutherford Restaurant
A pickup truck lived up to its name when it rammed through the wall of an East Rutherford restaurant as the dawn of the new year approached. The Dodge Ram went straight through the wall facing the parking lot of Al Di La, a restaurant and banquet hall on Hoboken Road between Paterson Avenue and Enoch Street, around 2:30 a.m. Saturday. Multiple families were displaced and one person was hospitalized after two vehicles crashed into a home causing a large fire on Thursday night, according to police.
