'Brilliant' International Pianist, Music Director Killed In Crash On I-81 A beloved musician and teacher died in a crash on Interstate 81 on Friday, July 22, authorities say.  Caleb Lane Flick, 37, of Lebanon and Harrisburg, was driving his 2014 Volkswagen Jetta at a high speed when he slammed into the back of a tractor-trailer that was stopped with its hazard lights on in the left lane of I-81 near mile marker 77 as the roadway ahead was closed for construction and traffic was being detoured at 11:39 p.m., according to a release by Pennsylvania state police. The man pictured was spotted slapping stickers with "inflammatory and intimidating messages" onto a Jewish center in Pennsylvania, according to surveillance videos obtained by police. Police were alerted by the incident when he was seen putting the stickers on the windows and doors of the Asbell Center for Jewish Life on the campus of Dickinson College in Carlisle on Sunday around 5:30 p.m., according to the release by Carlisle police. Dickinson College Will Require All Students To Have Covid-19 Vaccinations Dickinson College has announced that all students will be required to have COVID-19 vaccinations. The school will require a vaccine unless a student has a religious or medical exemption. “The health and safety of our community has been at the center of all decision-making throughout the pandemic,” said Dickinson President Margee M.
