3 Charged In Harrisburg SWAT Standoff: Woman Held Captive, Man Pistol Whipped Three people were arrested in a SWAT standoff in which a woman was held captive, a man was pistol whipped and shots were fired, authorities in Harrisburg said. Officers responded to the 2300 block of Walnut Street on reports of shots fired around 10:20 a.m. Sunday, but police could not determine if a shooting had in fact occurred. Around 11 a.m., a woman told county dispatch she was being held captive by a man at a lounge on the 2300 block of Walnut Street, police said.
