Ninoska Santos-Cruz was charged Dec. 28 with murder in the death of Joselito Pagan-Ocasio, who was found dead in a home on the 300 block of E. Woman Found Dead Inside Harrisburg Home, Police Say A woman was found dead inside a Harrisburg home Tuesday night, authorities said. Officers were called to the 1800 block of Boas Street around 9 p.m. on a report of a domestic incident involving a gun, Harrisburg police said. Once inside, they found the woman's body with multiple gunshot wounds. Police have a person of interest in custody for questioning. The investigation is ongoing. Warrants for the arrests of Joseph D. Perez-Bard, 3, of Nottingham (Chester County), and Neal S. Gibson, 31, of Castle, Delaware, were issued Wednesday night, Manheim police said. Both conspired to steal $3,194 of merchandise from a Fruitville Pike Target on two separate occasions in February, police said.
