Inmate Caught With Suboxone At Cumberland County Prison, Police Say An inmate at Cumberland County Prison faces new charges after officers discovered him with suboxone, authorities said. Tone Hancock, 36, was charged with contraband into a correctional facility and possession of a controlled substance, the Middlesex Township Police Department said. Officers were notified on Monday, Dec. 23, 2024, about an inmate who had a drug at Cumberland County Prison. Authorities tested the substance and confirmed it was suboxone. PA Corrections Officer Resigns Two Days After Prison Video Catches Him Selling Inmate Drugs A security camera at an Allegheny County jail supposedly captured the moment now-former corrections officer, 34-year-old Raymond Toomey sold an inmate drugs, according to a release by county officials. A review of CCTV footage confirmed a tip by Internal Affairs that suspected synthetic cannabinoids or K2 was in the section of the facility where Toomey worked.
