A doctor who specializes in "serving Old Order Amish and Mennonite (Plain) populations," is accused of sexually one of his patients. Vladimir V. Iakomi of Lititz was charged with indecent assault without consent and indecent assault of an unconscious person in connection with an appointment on Saturday, Sept. 30, according to a release by the Pennsylvania State Police the following Monday. A man who allegedly chased and beat two people with an aluminum baseball was chased down by Pennsylvania state police. Kerr Michael Graham, 51, of Conestoga, struck two individuals with an aluminum baseball bat around the 3300 block of Main Street, Conestoga Township, on January 15, according to a release by Pennsylvania state police. A 3-year-old boy was hit by a vehicle in Lancaster on Wednesday, Nov. 16, authorities say. Emergency crews were called to the crash at Old Philadelphia Pike and Campus Drive in East Lampeter Township around 10:55 p.m., according to Lampeter Township police. The car had been heading east when "the child entered the roadway from an adjacent driveway on the south side of the road," and the boy lives in the 1600 block of Old Philadelphia Pike, the police stated in a release the following morning. A 30-year-old man has been arrested for threatening to blow up a bank during an attempted robbery last week in central Pennsylvania, according to local police. Collin Robert Shaab of Conestoga, has been arrested for attempted robbery of the Fulton Bank branch located in the 2400 block of Willow Street on Monday, Mar. 14 at 4:55 p.m., West Lampeter Township police announced a week later.
