An 11-year-old girl has died following a serious two-vehicle crash near the Lancaster and Chester counties line, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Christmas Eve. The crash happened in the 6150 block of Old Philadelphia Pike/West Kings Highway/Route 340 in Salisbury Township, at 8:50 a.m. on Dec. 24, according to the state police release. A Sharon Hill police officer is accused of multiple instances of rape and sexual assault over a period of years, according to officials. Tyler Humphreys, 21, of Malvern, is charged with rape of a child, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, and related offenses in Chester County, said the District Attorney's Office. A Chester County area basketball trainer is accused of sexually abusing child athletes for years, prosecutors say.
