Two women stole over $1,000 each in merchandise from a Central Pennsylvania Walmart, the police announced on Monday, June 12, 2023. Shanterry Lynette Woodard and Nataly Danielle Rodriguez-Altache stole the merchandise from the Walmart located at 1000 Town Center Drive, according to West Manchester Township police. Over several months, Woodward stole $1190.60 and Rodriguez-Altache stole $1038.22 for a total of $2228.82 worth of merchandise, the police explained. Newville Dad Killed In Rt 944 Crash
A 28-year-old Central Pennsylvania dad has been identified as the person killed in a weekend Cumberland County crash. Kody Tidd, of Newville, was driving at a "high rate of speed" when he "lost control" of his vehicle on Route 944 westbound just before the Deer Lane intersection in the evening hours Saturday, June 3, 2023, Cumberland County Coroner Charley Hall told Daily Voice. Car Pulled From River In Central PA: Authorities
A car was pulled from a river in Central Pennsylvania on Friday, June 2, 2023, authorities say. Manheim Township Fire Rescue worked to pull the submerged sedan from the Conestoga River in Lancaster County. It was pulled from the river near Pleasure Road and East Walnut Street. No one was in the vehicle, authorities told Daily Voice.
