Matthew Lawrence Perna, 37, died on Friday, Feb. 25 after taking his own life at his home, the coroner’s office says. Gary Wickersham, of West Chester, was charged on May 7 following an FBI investigation. Court documents on Wickersham’s case thus far were released late on Tuesday.
