A 22-year-old man killed in a Harrisburg shooting over the weekend is being remembered as a gentle giant. Na'Zae Baltimore was shot around 9:30 p.m. Friday, April 21 as he left his grandmother's house on the 1300 block of South 13th Street, on his way to see his great-grandmother, according to a GoFundMe campaign launched for funeral expenses. Always a strong student, Na'Zae played many instruments including the horn, trombone and drums. He was in the school band from 6th grade through high school graduation. Bethlehem Athlete, Temple University Student Dies After Battling Diabetes Complications, 21
Lehigh Valley native and celebrated athlete John Peter Jones died Thursday, Oct. 13 from complications of type 1 diabetes. He was 21. Born in Allentown, Jones graduated from Liberty High School in Bethlehem in 2020, and was a junior at Temple University in Philadelphia, where he was pursuing a degree in finance, his obituary says. Jones was known for his outgoing and humble personality.
