Berks Co. Dad Dies Days After York Co. Motorcycle Crash: Police
A Berks County dad has died days after a motorcycle crash, the Northern York County Regional Police announced on Wednesday. Nicholas "Nick" Street, 33 of Mohnton, died at WellSpan York Hospital at 2:05 a.m. on Wednesday, June 4 from injuries he suffered following a motorcycle, the NYCRPD detailed. "He was riding a 2003 Harley-Davidson motorcycle when he struck a bridge," the police stated in the release. Patrol Car Strikes 5-Year-Old Girl, Philadelphia Police Say
A child was hospitalized after being struck by a police car in Southwest Philadelphia on Tuesday night, June 4, authorities say. A patrol officer hit a 5-year-old girl on the 1600 block of South Ithan Street just before 7:30 p.m., PPD said. She was taken to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and is reportedly in stable condition. No one else was injured and the crash is under investigation, police said.

A tree has crushed a Chambersburg woman to death, according to a release by the Pennsylvania State Police on Sunday, Nov. 26. Tammy Smith, was found dead on a property located at 2821 Woodstock Road in Greene Township on Saturday, PSP Chambersburg troopers detailed in the release. The 42-year-old had been using a 2020 Kioti tractor while doing yard work on the property when a tree fell on her sometime between 3 and 4:52 p.m. when the troopers arrived.
