A horse was struck dead by a minivan in Salisbury Township on Thursday, Sep. 5, Pennsylvania State Police announced the following day. A Hanover man has died 20 days after he was injured in a crash involving a tractor-trailer, the York County Coroner announced on Friday, Aug. 23. A 19-year-old man was killed in an ATV crash in Carbon County, authorities said. Joshua Beck of Penn Forest Township died as a result of the crash on Saturday, Aug. 24, according to Carbon County Coroner Mark K. Smith. Bicyclist Struck In Lititz, Police Say
A bicyclist was struck in Lititz on Tuesday, Aug. 20, the police announced at 2:56 p.m. that day. The police were called to investigate the crash "involving a bicycle and a vehicle" around 11:21 a.m., as detailed in the release. They learned a "bicyclist turned left at the intersection into the path of a vehicle traveling westbound resulting in a collision," police wrote in the release. The crash happened at the intersection of East Sixth Street and Laurel Avenue in Lititz Borough. No injuries were reported. There was also no word of any charges filed.

A convicted drunk driver is accused of striking a pedestrian and fleeing, East Pennsboro Township Police announced on Thursday, Aug. 8. Tractor-Trailer Rollover Blocks Ramp On Rt 22: PennDOT
A tractor-trailer rolled onto its side is blocking the on-ramp to Route 22 on Monday morning, Aug. 5., according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The tractor-trailer appears to have flipped exactly in front of the on-ramp from Elmerton Avenue to North Cameron Street/Route 22 Northbound near Wildwood Drive around 6:40 a.m., according to PennDOT's 511PA traffic cameras.
