The wreck happened around 6:45 a.m. on the southbound ramp to Route 581 Eastbound at Exit 59 (Route 581/Route 11/Camp Hill), officials said.
Emergency crews responded to the scene, shutting down the ramp for several hours.
The crash has since been cleared, and the ramp has reopened.
No additional details about the victim or the cause of the crash have been released.
