A 65-year-old missing man was found died, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Saturday night, Oct. 26. Mark Eugene Wagner, of Millersburg, had last been seen at his home in the 100 block of Par 3 Drive on Thursday, Oct. 24, at approximately 11:30 a.m., PSP detailed in the release. A 3-month-old boy suffocated by his mom while she was passed out after ingesting crack cocaine, Lancaster police detailed in court documents obtained by Daily Voice on Tuesday, Oct. 22. Luz L.
