Missing PA Wife Found Dead In Closet, Husband Charged: Police A Philadelphia man was charged with Abuse of a Corpse after his dead wife was found in a closet, police announced on Thursday, Oct. 17. Lola Karabaeva, 61, of the 9000 block of Diplomat Place, was reported missing on Sunday, Oct. 13, according to the Philadelphia Police Department. Officers spoke with witnesses who reported that they last spoke to her at 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12. Police ID Teen Shot Dead Outside Philly High School (Update) Authorities have identified the teenager shot to death shortly before midnight on Sunday, Sept. 22 outside of Martin Luther King High School in the East Germantown section of Philadelphia. William Honesty, 16, of the 2100 block of Homer Street, died as a result of the shooting, Philadelphia police said in a press statement on Monday, Sept. 23. Teen Girl Killed In Philadelphia A 13-year-old girl was shot and killed Wednesday, Sept. 18 in Philadelphia, authorities said. The black female was found on the 2800 block of N Bailey Street having suffered a gunshot wound to the right side of her chest just after 7:35 p.m., police said. She was taken by police to Temple University Hospital, where she was pronounced dead just after 8 p.m. The scene remains secured, and investigators are actively working on the case. Suspect Wanted For Deadly Shooting In Northeast Philly: Police Authorities are searching for a suspect in the Philadelphia murder of 43-year-old Carlton Brown.  Brown was unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the head on the 1400 block of Kerper Street early Sunday, June 30. He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said previously.  The suspect is a black male who was wearing a black hoodie with a picture of Marilyn Monroe in a number 11 Philadelphia football Jersey, investigators say.
