Fresh Out Of Prison: Man Charged With Stalking Victim In Lancaster County, Police Say An Ephrata area man is back in police custody after authorities said he harassed a victim just after being released from jail.  Timothy E. Rinehults, 35, is also charged with stalking, said West Earl Township police.  Authorities said they were called to the Hilltop Mobile Home Village in Akron Borough on June 13. Highway Robbery, Assault On Rt 222 In Ephrata: Police A woman was left with bruises on her face and arms after a convict accosted her vehicle on Route 222 and robbed her, West Earl Township Police announced in a release on Tuesday, June, 11. Michael Eugene Ermold Jr., 57 of Lancaster (who is reportedly experiencing homelessness), is accused of attacking a woman near mile marked 36.8 shortly before 7 p.m. on June 4, the police detailed in a release.
