Manhunt Continues After Shelter-In-Place Order Ends In Carlisle: Police A teenager wanted for child endangerment prompted a shelter-in-place order, Carlisle Police announced shortly after 8 p.m. on Monday, but it was all over around 9:45 p.m. — yet the suspect remains at large, police say.
