Lower Allen Township police first responded to the 1100 block of Primrose Avenue on Saturday, Nov. 16, 2024, at 9:06 p.m. after receiving a 911 hangup call. Guest Rapes Room Service At Courtyard Marriott In Central PA, Police Say A warrant has been issued for man accused of raping a hotel staff member at a Courtyard Marriott, Lower Allen Township police announced on Thursday, Aug. 15. Michael Thomas Cates, 28, of Millersville, used a false name when he checked into the Courtyard Marriott located at 4921 Gettysburg Road in Mechanicsburg, Lower Allen Township police explained. The police were called to the hotel to investigate the rape at 9:20 p.m. on Feb. 11, as detailed in the release.
