Guest Rapes Room Service At Courtyard Marriott In Central PA, Police Say A warrant has been issued for man accused of raping a hotel staff member at a Courtyard Marriott, Lower Allen Township police announced on Thursday, Aug. 15. Michael Thomas Cates, 28, of Millersville, used a false name when he checked into the Courtyard Marriott located at 4921 Gettysburg Road in Mechanicsburg, Lower Allen Township police explained.
