4.25 Lbs Of Heroin Seized In Traffic Stop Leads To 4 Arrests In Central PA Four people have been arrested after 4.25 pounds of heroin were found in their vehicle during a traffic stop early on Wednesday,  Oct. 23, Lower Paxton Township police announced. Raydi Fabian-Lizardo, Joel Junes, Sandra Severino, and Demetrius Torres have been arrested after a traffic stop turned into a massive drug bust. The traffic stop happened in the 5000 block of Jonestown Road around 12:45 a.m., the police detailed in the release.
