Carlisle Man Who Assaulted 6-Year-Old Found Guilty, DA Says A Carlisle man has become a registered sex offender for sexually assaulting a 6-year-old girl, the Cumberland County District Attorney's office announced on Thursday, Aug. 22.  Dennis Weaver, 35, was found guilty of Indecent Assault of a Child and Corruption of Minors following a two-day trial before Judge Albert H. Masland.
