Officers arrived at the 5000 block of Rorer Street at 7:15 a.m. after reports of an armed male, authorities said. There, they found 17-year-old Noah Scurry suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, according to police. Philadelphia Police were called to the 900 block of Tustin Avenue in the 7th District at 3:37 p.m. Officers found the unidentified woman at the scene.
